We use our bespoke CRM system to send emails which allows us to monitor the campaign. We report on opened emails and clicked links. When someone has clicked a link this shows their interest and they will be added to the top of our calling list (when incorporated into our telemarketing service). Alternatively, you can use this information to make direct contact and begin to progress through your sales pipeline.

We can also manage the inbound enquiries following the email campaign by creating a specific email account and incoming phone number, which is answered by our office as your organisation.
